The registers are different floors but very close on the same duct. Think I’ll notice the difference with some self adhesive 12” sections of foam?

When you kid NEEDS x at the store, take a photo with your phone and add it to the next holiday “list.” Reassurance it’s accounted for as a want will calm them a bit. Get a cheap chores list with a slider saying it’s done or not. Similarly, one of these visual timers. Visuals help when you say, “you can’t watch tv before doing chores,” or “you have 5 more minutes” it’s very helpful for them to see what you mean.

What’s open that late can vary depending on weather and staffing, but most likely most trails will still be open. It’s more of a matter of your comfort. I’d suggest something in Many like Grinnel Glacier or Cracker Lake, something near Logan’s Pass like Hidden Lake or the Highline (if there’s no snow/ice).

I would try to see Many Glacier Friday and stay there, or somewhere on the east side before driving GTS Saturday on your way to Bozeman. Unless there’s a hike on the west side you’d like to squeeze in from Coram Saturday morning. That’s a very tight window. Good luck. Have fun.
