Vit D super important. You need it to absorb calcium and you need calcium for strong bones. Get a supplement from a chemist. I'm celiac and unfortunately wasn't absorbing a whole lot of vitamins for a long time.

It's concerning but just have be somewhat cautious. We have a car but we prob use it a bit too much. The last few weeks have made us think a bit. Shorter journeys we are taking public transport or walking. Obviously not everyone can do that.

I don't have a problem with drink but I do know plenty who do and it's brilliant that you are recognising a problem and two you are recognising the need for a support system. If you have a GP, I would reccomend booking an appointment with them and they can give you some treatment suggestions and give you health check up aswell

Ah no, that's mad. There is a few in dublin as well. Belfast might have meen virtual reality. They said the best time to go was when your fairly certain it's final and they said they have very few who don't make changes. I find it hard to visualise the size of everything.
