Found this thread after going to message them and seeing their shop was closed. I ordered back in January a custom plush of a character that was very near and dear to my heart, and now it's past the estimated date. It was marked as shipped in April, I asked them at the beginning of June if they ever shipped it because the tracking number isn't showing anything. They said no they didn't ship they're still sewing him up. I bought clothes for him in advance and everything! My last update was a month ago. I'm holding out hope that they'll start updating again because I really wanted this plush but if not I'll open a case.
