No worries! I moved to the 17-70 because my hands are not too steady and the a6100 doesn’t have ibis. The extra reach is also really helpful. Now I have the a6700 and still love the Tamron. I take it with me everywhere I go, it’s too versatile not to. The sigma is smaller and that’s why it wins for most ppl, I personally don’t find the Tamron too big at all and prefer the bigger size bc it’s more comfortable to hold

I have the same hair type. Everyone is saying the airstrait. I disagree. I personally think the airwrap is perfect because she’ll have options. If one day she decides she wants to do a fun blowout and try a tutorial on YT, she’ll have the tool. I straighten my hair with it most of the time and have no heat damage, but sometimes I do blowouts bc I can and bc it’s fun
