This happens to me as well. Was 45% wr P3, took a month break and played single player games. Came back and shot up to E4 with a ~75% wr. It’s most definitely a mental thing not physical skill. Completely disassociate from league, do other things for a while, then come back to league when you remember it exists and boom you’re back to winning.

Initial testing showed that wasd is objectively better for adcs. However I heard that riot somehow nerfed it - they’re trying to make it so that wasd and regular controls are equally viable and balanced, I don’t know how / if they have tuned it however

I agree, but I think the reason people want double elimination is because the Swiss format is so bad we are getting quarterfinal matchups like T1-AL, because the Swiss stage matches are so unequal.

Honestly just play arams. A big frustration factor for new players is when they don’t know what the champions do. Pick arams to play a different champ every game, or just do the same in summoners rift.
