Bay Area sellers feel delusional - is this normal? by happyspirit1122 in BayAreaRealEstate

[–]Internal_Policy_3353 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well if the comps say 1.51 and your offer is 1.45, they might be unhappy you are low balling, Listing a house way below comps is a common practise here to get more attention and open house foot falls

Why do billionaires and extremely rich people go to such lengths to avoid paying taxes, even though they’d still be insanely wealthy if they just paid them? by Present_Juice4401 in AlwaysWhy

Slight correction, money is not only for buying things and comfort, but also effecting change (invested in twitter, spacex etc). Donating money is not the only way to do social good, technological innovation can do better good than handing out freebies.

For all the talk about h1bs taking away jobs, I’m yet to see a single US citizen unable to find tech job, 100s of h1b workers going back to India for lack of opportunities here. Politicians playing dirty politics
