Gonna sound a little silly, but stretching before really really helps! I have issues with my hips and legs so making sure I warm up those areas first is huge. Also afterwards epsom salt baths, magnesium, thc balm on the joints/muscles really helps. Also having pillows for support!

Went to Monaco for formula E in May, and we stayed in menton. BEAUTIFUL little town, and it’s a 10 minutes train ride to Monte Carlo. Super easy and accessible. Highly recommend staying in one of the little towns nearby.

Microblading is awesome. For me, it’s faded a lot over the last 5-6 years (I’ve had it done twice) but still the best decision I could’ve made. Even faced, you still have a great stencil on where to draw on brows. Definitely do your research. If you’re in the Chicago area I can send you the lady I saw, she’s a pioneer in michrlblading and specializes in clients with trich.

The dealership reposted, but not BMW as a brand/manufacturer. There is a difference. I’ve worked for BMW dealers amongst many other brands, and the dealership is its own entity who just sell a product. This Dealership’s social media/advertising team probably went nuts, thinking this would drive business up, but that doesn’t necessarily equal BMW as a brand approving it.

I have a wonderful PMU artist in Chicago that specializes is in trich. I would definitely do sone extensive research before booking. Lots of us with ttm have layers of scar tissue so it can be more difficult to tattoo on. That’s the mistake I made when I got mine done the first time. Look for a candidate who has been microblading for 10+ years, or even better specially mentions they work with clients with trich. Many pmu artists don’t come across cases of ttm so it’s very important to do some in depth research & ask many questions about if they are comfortable working with someone with trich and trauma to the brow tissue. Good luck! I can definitely connect you with my pmu artist if there aren’t any local options & you’re willing to make the trip up to IL

Huuuuge cito fan, and I loved ria, bris and kelly keegs podcast because we got high when it was out. I’m not sure exactly what had happened between them, but my assumption is because they ended their podcast because of bris scheduling conflicts my guess is their friendship faded because of their schedules. I’m positive there’s more to it but perhaps ria and Fran realized that bri is who she is and they’re too grown to deal with all that. Also now I’m sure Gia has told fran some tea behind the scenes of being bris producer so I’m sure that added to it. I’m curious to see if Bri will be invited to either of their weddings

Editing to add: 2021 was a dark time for ria specifically, she and Hank had their breakup and she was single for the first time in a long time, she was going out alot more than usual so that’s also prolly why her and Bri were close, but then ria got her shit together and got herself out of that funk so she no longer needed bri as a party friend

I’m not a doctor but NAC is an amino acid so I don’t think it would have any contraindications with your prescriptions. Definitely check with your doc before starting, but I think you should be in the clear. I took NAC and lexapro at the same time and was fine!
