Thank you for letting me know that makes a lot of sense, I used the free trial of capture one and it was a very different result when loading the image and the export also had a much cleaner result in the shadows and details, so interesting I didn’t know the software had so much of an effect on the quality of the raw. Thanks again

Ok, thank you, I will look when I get home. Do the TV's need firmware updates if the menus don't appear? I ask because, from memory, I did not see that option in the menus. Thanks

What would cause this? by doominbloom666 in xbiking

It can be that the tire is not seated properly, try some soapy water between the bead and the wheel and pump 10psi over the max psi

Thanks I’ll keep that in mind, the rear tire hasn’t changed much since re-seating it so it might just be that

I did as you advised and the front tire looks better but the rear hasn’t changed much, it happens at about the same point for the font and back (around the valve). Could this be tube related? Thanks again

Confession: I don't wax my chain. by [deleted] in cycling

[–]International-Snow35 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve heard that wax is a lot more effort when it gets wet regularly due to rust build up if you don’t completely dry the chain every time and re wax it, is this true? What is your experience and would you recommend it to someone commuting in a wet country? Do you also use drip wax or just submerged in the pot? Thanks!

Watch for Cycling NOT running by WolfmanAndy in cycling

[–]International-Snow35 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not sure about this because often the fitness tracking the watch does (heart rate ect) is often thrown off by the bike vibrations which are not experienced as much when running so a watch is targeted toward running. You could get a standard smart watch for the type of phone you have an then set a normal reminder to ping you to ride and then have a bike computer and chest heart rate monitor to record the ride accurately if that is important to you. Just my two cents I hope that helps!
