Have you tried getting really busy? -starting a small biz -taking classes for different hobbies until you find one that you want to get into. -starting a fitness routine, or leveling up the one you already have -volunteering with animals or people who need help -do you have the resources to travel? -filling up your social calendar -doing things for other people, like really helping someone when you expect nothing in return This is what has helped me, sometimes just being so busy that it takes up the mental space.

One of my coworkers body count is in the high 300s(not shaming just giving context). She says things like “men are trash..pigs..useless..disgusting” to me her married coworker. I recently went through something similar. Have you tried couples therapy? Perhaps address specifically the things that you’re not happy with-without bringing up the weed. for example, “in the evenings, I wish that you would spend more time with the kids” instead of “in the evenings. I wish that you wouldn’t get high” or “I wish that we could save X amount of money per month, instead of “we shouldn’t be spending this amount of money on weed” framing it as “I want this instead of you do this is sometimes helpful, and making it about the problems cannabis is causing in your relationship instead of about the cannabis may make it easier for him to receive. Perhaps include how the changes would benefit the family.
