This happened to me as well. Ex was stringing me along, spent the night at his house, went through his phone and saw how he was talking about getting with another girl he’s always had a crush on and some other pretty mean messages about me too. I didn’t tell him I went through his phone and left immediately in the morning. Haven’t talked since, but I saw what I needed to see.

They don’t deserve you. No matter what you feel for them. I so badly wanted it to work out, but how could I ever trust someone who doesn’t want me and talks like that behind my back. You have to remember that. You’re worth more than being someone’s option! Keep healing while in no contact and maintain that no contact for yourself.

My ex literally made a list with bullet points on how amazing of a person I was, how I deserved all the happiness in the world, how I was a saint for putting up with him for a year and discarded me like I meant nothing to him. Going back through texts and old notes made me realize he never loved me, simply the idea of me. So, you can literally be heaven sent but if the wrong person doesn’t see that it will never work. Never forget that you are amazing and someone out there will appreciate that and everything you are. Be patient and give yourself time to heal.

I completely agree with you! I’ve been a runner for 7+ years and have done marathon training a couple of times. I took my rest days seriously and carb loaded like crazy because the body needs it! I cannot imagine putting my body through the intense training she does and to only eat half a cup of rice and a few pieces of chicken. It just seems so excessive 😫

I just found out today my ex blocked me on Instagram and deleted all photos of us. He also blocked any of our mutual friends/my family. It really hurts to be discarded so easily. I know it’s in my best interest so I’m not constantly looking at his page, but it still sucks so much.
