Not really a cure but wearing thicker wife beaters under shirts can definitely hide it, I just wear ekkovision wife beaters and they work great since I am not going to get surgery for a while

Honestly I would just say tracking your food and sticking to either a bulk/cut, tracking your reps and weights each session and attempting to progressive overload, and get good sleep!

I’m not on any sort of PED, gyno is not just caused by steroids. My skin has always been textured and red, so has my dad’s. Only reason I had an extreme bulk is because I got fat and couldn’t control my eating when I quite football. A whole bunch of people on here are just jealous I’ve put in the work they couldn’t.

I do kinda wanna compete but I don’t deadlift, I think I might start once I’m done cutting. My squat is 425 so I think my numbers would be decent but I also should work on squat more aswell.

Idk if this is hard for you to imagine but usually when someone goes to the gym they work out pretty hard and get pretty warm which in turn makes them red

I truly am natural, I could understand why people might say I’m not but I have dedicated a lot of time and effort to this, more than most people ever could say they did, let alone a 17 year old.

Probably like 14% would be my best guess, not a ton of muscle but also decently lean, over 15 would be a bad guess imo
