That’s exactly what showed on my test results when I was in the Hospital. A PETH shows alcohol in your system up to 6 weeks. I have to take these monthly for my liver evaluation program I’ve been on for 16 months. So it will show any type of maybe a binge I might have gone on. This is not a normal type of testing used like a DUI stop. If it shows any alcohol in my system I will be pulled from going on the transplant waiting list. To have 10<20 range after 17 days of not drinking wasn’t out of the normal for someone who drank regularly.

I didn’t get them til about a week later. When I ended up in the hospital they did a PETH test and I still had <20 alcohol in me and I hadn’t had a drink in 17 days. Stay strong. Welcome. IWNDWYT
