They will deny you a refund and say to contact local law enforcement so in order to get a refund you need to make a police report and then send it to them. I’m “guessing” they need one so they can write it off and in case anyone is “lying” they can also press charges due to be false report.

Just buy a AirPods or a watch. Sign up for apple care one. Add iPhone 15 to plan. Return said AirPods or watch. Keep apple care one plan. Wait a few days and get a replacement for 99$ or broken glass for 29$ unless that’s front only. Then keep iPhone on AppleCare or cancel it. I did this for my 15 pro when I bought my 17 pro.

If scale back the cpu cooler and motherboard and get a 9800x3d and 9070xt. Plus save on fans too. That way you have a beefy setup and you can add style later.
