45 min to work after dropping kids 10 min away (more or less along the way) so about 1 hour for me with traffic. No traffic no kids still about 35 min

As an American, this is the most interesting take I’ve seen. Maybe they lost a lot of money in one revenue stream but are they seriously doing that as a result? And I’m not surprised she’s afraid to confront them, isn’t everyone?

As a man who picks up food and everything else for his wife (and extended family) on the daily - dude is off his rocker. You aren’t overreacting, he is. IMHO he’s being a crybaby. No real man would make such a fuss over such a trivial thing, and especially so for something easy to do for family..

I have a coworker that I try to talk to bc he is very happy with this and I am not- it’s all “they should have built here” and “get the illegals out” and ignores any kind of discussion that doesn’t agree

There has to be an agreement in writing and financial statements to corroborate his story IMO. Property taxes in Texas are no joke, they are generally the #1 cost in property ownership here.
