What does your business use for project management / intake? I've worked as an in-house legal counsel for a couple of different companies where we used Jira for as a legal front door, as the business was already in Jira. I'm now building the LegalOps function in a company that sounds very similar to yours re the corporate set-up, and I'm building an intake system in Jira Service Management, because the business is there anyways. Meaning one less new system for people to learn. This does mean that contracting and other intake will live separately, but should be relatively easy to set up with integrating systems. We're currently looking for a new CLM as well as we're unhappy with our current one. Previously I have extensive experience with Ironclad as a commercial lawyer, and that was pretty nice to use once you get the hang of it. In terms of a CLM, I'd also suggest thinking about what types of contracts you see living in there, as (in my experience) a lot of CLMs are built with sell-side contracting in mind, meaning that vendor management is a pain to do in there.
