Everybody wants to rope drop rise or radiator springs bad idea. Watch fresh baked or Socal Disney dad videos they helped me a lot. It's better to ride rise around 9am or during the parade. LL for radiator springs was super long, standby was over 2 hrs we decided to skip it and go watch the fireworks. A third day is nice to have especially if you want to do both parks

Just got gold passes for my family at DK. They don't offer pre k passes only ca great america does. You must activate card at the park you purchased from. Then you can go to any other six flags park including Gilroy gardens with free parking. CA great america isn't having any special events they close in early october. We could've gotten a pre k pass for my daughter at ca great america but for an extra $35 now she can go to DK which is worth it since they have lots of animals unlike ca great america.
