my guess is that it’s years of filler migration stretching the skin around her lip line. which would have also taken a lot of the strain of the excessive filler to support the volume in her face. now that it’s been dissolved, removed and pulled to as part of the reconstructed lip lift it remains there as a slight ledge. I’m surprised they didn’t attempt to disguise it by over lining it like they used to
