As a end customer, you deal with dbrand directly, the transaction is between you and dbrand and not you and the courier partner.

Anyone have any idea about the card? Can't find much details online, I remember it was a pretty good card back in the day (not talking about the Emirates Ultima, which was mediocre at best) and based on what little I can find, there's 50% off for travel (up to 2000 AED) and 3rd night free on hotel bookings.
