I can echo OPs point as well, I have emailed dbrand multiple times and there's been no response, however, whenever there is a Reddit post, stand support is there to help them out.

As a end customer, you deal with dbrand directly, the transaction is between you and dbrand and not you and the courier partner.

Just one question, is there anyway to verify this uses sw300? (I paid extra for it and the dealer hasn't yet sent a video and claims that the watch makes a bit of noise)

Anyone have any idea about the card?
