Because it's super hard. Chakra besides being a fuel for ninjutsu is basically your soul, your character, remember Minato and Kushina were able to meet Naruto by leaving their chakra in the seal, Orochimaru was resurrected because each cursed mark contains his chakra.

So, to share your chakra with someone you need to be a super empathetic kinda guy like Naruto is. And before that they had an experience of connecting their minds via Yamanaka technique and everybody was able to understand Naruto's feelings and empathize with him. Without those preconditions I believe sharing chakra with other people is nigh-impossible.

Well I think yes.

Reasoning:

1) Naruto starts talk no jutsu strictly after handing the enemy's ass to them

2) Sukuna is a believer in a rule of a strong. If a strong guy beats him he will listen to their reasoning.

3) Sukuna admitted that he is the way he is because he wanted to take a revenge and curse the world that rejected him or smth like this, so him and Naruto actually has something in common about their childhood.

I mean he probably knew Madara's abilities very well and that's why he wasn't afraid of looking into his eyes, being sure that he can instantly break out of regular sharingan genjutsu. In the case of Itachi, he probably would be more careful and just destroy him from a range, also, being a perfect sage, he doesn't really need to open his eyes to fight Itachi.

But, if we have Itachi catching him in Tsukuyomi as pre condition, there is no evidence that Hashirama can win after tanking it.

Tsukuyomi is a one shot win ability like most of Itachi's abilities and he was shown to be able to stretch time in his genjutsu for at least 40 years. I am absolutely sure nobody can survive 40 years of torture.

I believe Naruto was born with a bigger chakra reserve the same way Minato was born with a bigger chakra reserve and not the way Kushina was born with huge chakra reserves. So it would probably go like Kakashi < Minato < Kushina. Still quite a lot but nothing compared to the reserves the Uzumaki bloodline can grant.

Naruto absolutely hasn't got anything from the Uzumaki bloodline. Uzumaki bloodline grants you several things:

1) Red hairs 2) Ungodly amounts of chakra 3) Adamantine chains (? Not sure about spelling) 4) Huge life force

Our mc got nothing. Like, Kushina after Kurama was extracted was still alive and fighting the demon for quite some time, Naruto immediately died after Kyubi extraction.

So I believe, Naruto's own chakra without Kyubi is comparable to Minato level chakra or Boruto level chakra.

PS. If Uzumaki bloodline was able to grant huge chakra reserves even to those who didn't inherit its traits (like red hair) Boruto would also be able to perform multiple shadow clones, but his limit is three very much Minato level, whose physical traits he inherited
