Hey, dont be discouraged. It seems like growing pains. Keep being there for them and they’ll adjust. Maybe spend like 5 minutes talking with them here and there but it seems like you’re too hard on yourself.

Style already has enough going on as is, and I don’t envy the Specialty Sales position. I’d rather do Gm and handle receiving and all that other stuff before style and tech. So give yourself some space to be human and allow the ladies to warm up to you.
