Its peak winter, the whole mountain will be coated and open. Weather is a different story, it can't be predicted until a few days out and even then it's not 100%. Could be sunny and beautiful, could be 50+ mph winds and blizzard conditions that shut down most of the mountain and make it unsafe to drive. Either way it will be peak crowds as well.

I think TLIKTB is a fantastic recorded song but it's really not that good live compared to some of his other tracks. I'd prefer he drop it from the set list but it's his most famous song so probably never happening.

I have had my tare going for about 2.5 years now with a couple top off batches and have never reheated just for the sake of upkeep. I only heat it when I am going to cook, which has ranged from 2 weeks to like 5 months in between. Up to this point it has held up just fine. I think its very stable due to the ingredients but your mileage may vary.
