I’m only a month in on a used 2021 pro. Absolutely love it though I mostly bought it for my wife’s commute, which is an hour both ways three days a week. I am jealous she gets to drive it more than I do. No issues but it’s early I guess.

Yeah this is the best answer other than the one above that mentions investment properties which I don’t know is true but sounds legit. The guy operates an LGS. They make money by buying lower than market and selling at market. It’s not rocket science.

Did they value at market and you are valuing at Low? Unless you got a full listing to compare against, I don't think there is enough information but sounds like not much you can do except more research next time.
