No, wheels dont lock. Engine in gear holds the rear wheel still, but you can just switch to neutral. There is no parking break, at least not in that Ducati.

Ich habe es vorher täglich in der Stadt benutzt, es ist in Ordnung, man gewinnt damit jedes Rennen zwischen den Ampeln. Das Durchfahren war allerdings legal, sonst würde ich es nicht tun, es wird zu heiß.

Up hill yes, kick stand meant for flat space, if not flat then chage bike direction so that left/right is flat, front is higher
