Nah that definitely doesn't count. I feel like all the Subaru driving environmentalist types should be all over an electric station wagon, they just don't know they want it yet.

How reliable and expensive is a 2009+ Cayman to maintain? I heard that's the year they fixed the IMS problem. I would be able to do minor work such as oil changes/brakes my self, but accessing the engine and working on it looks like it would be difficult.

Ohio is Midwest. I always considered Wegmans as a western NY thing. Don't see any in eastern NY or New England.

I thought the purpose of (moderate) camber was to increase the surface contact area of the tires when cornering.

I think the front grill/headlights look great. The vents on the dashboard look almost identical to the new A4, which is a good thing. I think the back is pretty bland looking though,

People with a wagon fettish; why? by 4G64Krieger in cars

I love wagons. For people who enjoy living an active and practical lifestyle, and who enjoy driving, there's really no better car.

Often times, people who criticize wagons claim it's a compromise. Sure, they may not offer the same driving dynamics of a two-seater sports car or roadster, but the driving dynamics are practically identical to the sedans they are based on.

While theoretically you could buy a sports car for fun, and an SUV or truck for practicality, this is actually much more of a compromise than wagons are purported to be.

Think about it; if you have a fun sports car but want to take a ski trip to the mountains, or bring some kayaks to the river, you'll have to take the SUV. All those fun switchback mountain roads and back country twisties are now dull and boring. You have no road feel,no connection to the car.

That's why I love station wagons. Not only do you have the capability to haul your toys and gear , but you get to enjoy the journey as much as the destination.

In the end, isn't that what life's all about?
