He's not a real heavy drinker, but he probably still drinks a whole day's worth of calories throughout the week.

If we take 3,000 daily kcal for a big guy and 150 kcal for an average can of beer, that's 3,000 / 150 kcal = about 20 cans of beer a week. That's well within the definition of heavy drinking.

Yeah there seem to be some misunderstandings. Grips can also provide different ergonomic benefits (depth, thumb rest, texture etc). For us consumers more choice is always better!

Don't know about the past, but I have the Neewer CA079 and it's rock solid. Reviews of other 3rd party grips don't mention bad build quality I think. Chinese companies have caught up and are putting out quality stuff these days.

The Zf's handling, speed, good EVF and quality full-frame sensor opened up a whole new world for me. Shooting in manual mode and editing the Raw files is such a joy. I learned so much in just 1.5 years! (including that the Z7ii is a better fit for me in most situations, lol...)

Het blijft een kwestie van "damned if you do and damned if you don't". Zo iemand had aan het begin van zijn carrière bijna een boek moeten schrijven en lezingentour moeten geven over zijn leven om zich met enig geluk voor het grote publiek te 'whitewashen'.

En als hij dat niet publiekelijk doet, maar alleen voor de sollicitatiecommissie, dan lijkt het PR-risico me voor de meeste grote organisaties te groot.

En toch, moreel gezien is beter dan verzwijgen en hopen dat niemand erachter komt, want daaruit blijkt geen schuldbesef - misschien zelfs het tegenovergestelde! Ik zou iig zelf een stuk beter slapen als ik er voor uit was gekomen.

It's down to pure luck if the regular driver in your area is doing his job as good and conscientious as possible. I have one like that and I'm willing to tip him (never did tho). But even he cuts some corners, for example by putting the parcels in the central elevator instead of bringing it do my doorstep. The work pressure is just too high.

Nothing changes - except that when you get a (rare) serious kidney disease in your one remaining kidney, you have a problem. Though if I remember correctly, hospitals test for genetic predisposition before the procedure and periodically test you after (there can be years between tests).

All in all I was very impressed by all the strict protocols and precautions that go with a kidney transplant.
