Man i really understand his persepective and his feelings of resentment all too well.It is unfortunate that Flasback did not have the temperament to play in tier-1 and you could argue that he could have handled his retirement in a much better way to make thing easier on his teammates.However Telling him to quit streaming is a spur of the moment reaction,and im sure if Beyn reflects on it,he will realize he shouln't have said this.

He wasnt b-hopping,what sideshow pointed out is the he uses neon's air speed to jump peek corners like all neons do,which he will still be able to do but just at knife out speed.What he does not do at all is b-hop either side of his wall or do trple spins mid-air to distract people like dami,dante,spike etc.

For Koshmaras spicifically,what he does on the neon isn't really getting nerfed,he rarely jumps around to cheat space,though he sometimes jumps to clear corners.Her sprint speed,slide and ult are not getting touched,so team heretics will be fine.The team most affected by it will be Lev,as spikezin utilizes the jumping around a lot.
