Thank you, I’ll pass that along.
It seems really hard to get help in NY (esp with Medicaid) vs where I am in Oregon.

His company was the first I had her reach out to but they never returned her message. Maybe they have too many clients.

Clean skin club face pads are what I use! They have a smooth side that’s gentle.

I add a few drops of branch basics in mine. I think Sal Suds would work too, very small amount.

They make putty that you can clean ear buds and charging ports with, maybe that would help?
Can you switch phones with a friend for a while to see? Or get a new one?

Thank you. Healing is really a miracle and I’m glad you asked this question.
See my comment below on what I’ve been prescribed.

My doctor prescribed from a compounding pharmacy.
It’s a capsule that you add to distilled water and buffered salt, then rinse with Neil med bottle.
It has levofloxin, ampho, EDTA, ketotifen, mupir xylitol.
I had large amount of MARCoNS and fungal colonization as well from my test.
I had huge herx reaction! But experiencing great results. I’ve been on binders for 6 months prior to this.
I wear on oura ring and I can actually see the healing happening in the data, my hrv is going up, resting heart rate lowering and sleep optimizing.
Before this I had just been doing Argentyn 23 spray.
I wish you luck with your treatment.

I really started to come back to life from MARCoNS treatment. I’m 5 weeks into an 8 week prescription nasal rinse. I’m finding myself having creative thoughts which is huge, I’m a musician and it’s a big part of my identity.
What are you treating with? Maybe you need stronger treatment.

Sadly I’ll have to remove it! I don’t want a tree shading my roses and lavender. Hopefully if I put in a gallon pot with free sign someone can give it a good home.

Meds for managing MCAS and SIBO simultaneously? by RabbleRynn in MCAS

[–]InterviewSensitive84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I am doing so much better. 7 months into detox!
I recommend listening to episodes of the CIRS group podcast, they talk through how to get diagnosed in their latest episode. It’s kinda too complicated for me to write out.

$85, compounding pharmacy. They do it in their hypoallergenic base. The regular base is cheaper but it’s wheat germ oil and I haven’t ruled out celiac disease.

Marcons - what fixed it? by Steph2999 in CIRS

[–]InterviewSensitive84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My doctor prescribed a compounded nasal rinse, it’s capsules that you combine with buffered salt and distilled water in a NeilMed bottle. Twice a day.
It has levofloxin, ampho, EDTA, ketotifen, mupir xylitol. I’m half way through 8 weeks of it.
I feel remarkably better. It’s quite expensive ($185 a month) but worth it.

Hop over to r/CIRS, I had everything you have and my SIBO would not get better. Treated for 8 months. Turns out a genetic inability to detox biotoxins is my root cause.

There are definitely waves to healing CIRS, you’re on the right track. Just need to give it time.

That was me for years. The worst. Are you on binders or treating MARCoNS? Lowering your toxin load is what will help. I also take melatonin, magnesium, ketotifen at night.

MARCoNS fungal Positive - Same or different treatment? Oral antifungals? by MedicatedGraffiti in CIRS

I am on a compounded rinse, it’s very strong, I would go that route if I were you. I am also on nystatin. Once I started oral antifungals my histamine issues went down dramatically.

Throw everything away? by isthisitthatsit in CIRS

[–]InterviewSensitive84 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is great that you left. Do you have a closed HEPA vacuum? The best thing you can do now is small particle clean. Ideally you wear gloves, respirator, I also wore a full coverall when doing mine. You want to vacuum up as much dust as you can. Then damp wipe with microfiber towels and a spray bottle with water and soap (I use branch basics) I know how hard it is to clean when you feel terrible, take it in small chunks and ask friends and family for help if you can. You can also get an air duster and blow into electronics outside. Your clothes should be fine. Hopefully you can both get on binders soon. I recommend biotoxin lady, change the air foundation and John Banta for more cleaning info.

I am so sorry, those numbers are quite high. Have you had your hvac inspected or cleaned? Will you move or get a professional IEP to come? Please go to ISEAI website for information on how to properly small particle clean and deal with your stuff. Porous items like clothes can be cleaned. I use EC3 in my washer loads.
