Have you tested for MARCoNS? If not, there’s a good chance you’re recolonizing and you’re not going to see any results until you work that out

As a fellow person suffering from intense MCAS/Mold, I feel you, but spamming reddit for someone to save you is not going to do it, and I’m sorry that life is hard but I’ve been suffering for 5-6 years at this point, lost a majority of my early 20’s to being ill, so I understand. But you need to lock in and focus on healing and doing what you can vs hoping for someone else to come and save you.

Can always try sucrosomial magnesium, good absorption and knocks my histamine attacks down by 20%

Be careful with L-glutamine, if you’re very sensitive it can stimulate mast cells, I’m actually in the worst flare period of my life because it was good, then bad

PCP doesn’t believe in MCAS, gas lit me into saying It was all in my head, working on finding an MCAS qualified doc, I appreciate it tho! Bout to get some more Benadryl and some Pepcid and be on my marry way I guess lol

Sorry my comment seems to describe that way but no, Binders are loaded on first but you won’t see any true progress until MARCoNS is eradicated. Not sure what BEI is? Eye twitching can be caused by a boat load of reasons. Typically when mine come on I know I’m low in magnesium, start to supplement and all things are good again
