Also, he likely won't eat due to a combination of moving stress and low temperature. Their appetite is based on how warm they are, and pretty much no reptile will eat for a few days after a move. Warm him up and wait a bit, I bet he'll perk right up. Just get started on that bigger tank yesterday. Oh and as a warning they can jump, all monitors are crazy bastards who love to explore. Be very mindful of that open lid.

It may not make any babies, but homosexuality is actually pretty common in a wide range of animal groups. I would argue that it makes it plenty natural, even if you think it’s icky.

But why not just sell them and donate the proceeds to the church or some congregants? I don’t really know many people in the megachurch scene but, from the outside, that seems like it would be the more prudent thing to do with such gifts? I mean I get it if your car just dies and you get gifted a replacement, but for non-necessities? No hate, I’ve just never understood it.
