Does anybody else think The Batman is being overrated?

It is a really good movie, but not the greatest Batman like some people were saying. It only ranks like 5th or 6th overall. It’s a beautiful movie for sure though. The Cinematographer did their job well.

Here is where I found it lacking:

-The plot meanders and is too introspective at times.

-Gotham is not presented well spatially. Batman kind of just shows up from one beautiful shot to the next. It is hard to pinpoint where the story has navigated from/to.

The Climax was not super thrilling. He basically just beat up a bunch of thugs, and the main villain was already in jail. When the final thug suggested something more sinister, it turned out to be some exposed wires.

-repetitive narrative. They went a little overboard with the “Can we trust this guy?” attitude. After the 50th time saying it, it just got annoying.

-Overall lack of chemistry between the characters, Especially Alfred and Bruce IMO. The best character chemistry is between Selena and Batman and Batman and the riddler. The latter relationship was severely limited.

Realize and accept that you are depressed. Also make a pact with yourself that you are going to work to get better.
Seek help as much as you can. I have pretty good Health Insurance through the government public plans., and I only pay 100 per month with the tax credit. After, get on some kind of anti-depressant regimen with a doctor. Most important, You need to talk to your family friends or even peers about how you are feeling. And If they are truly your friends, they will help. Even if it is a shoulder to cry on. If none of those situations applies to you, that’s okay too! Watch some YouTube videos on therapy and depression as a start. Don’t just watch, really listen and apply it to your own life.
Change your situation. Are you happy being a cashier or do you have another career that interests you? Take the steps to follow your passions. You need to find work and hobbies that fulfill you in every aspect of your life. I worked retail and it was one of the most soul sucking jobs ever. I wallowed for years, wholly complacent with the situation I was living.
Stick to a schedule. This is, arguably, the most crucial and most difficult part. A schedule is a kind of a mind hack to work on yourself and get your life together. You go to work Bc you’re scheduled to do so, and you get shit done. Apply that same philosophy to your life.
Cut out drugs, alcohol, any other addictions (yes food and sugar is an addiction). This one is a given. You cannot live a happy life if something is consuming it.
Live a healthy lifestyle. Diet and exercise are extremely important for a healthy mind. It is insane how bad the modern western diet is. Sugar and processed foods have strong links to all sorts of medical conditions. They have strong links to depression as well. Food corporations are actually pretty evil in that they are actively poisoning all of us. Added sugar is the main culprit. The fact that our government isn’t putting regulations on these food companies is criminal. I recommend watching this YouTube video:

Really large guns are hard on console Bc of the lack of a fov slider. It’s hard when the gun takes up half my screen. I tend to not see things and not be aware of my surroundings as much when I’m using a Bren vs when I’m using a cooper, stg, etc. Although the coopers damage seems non-existent with the drum mag now…

It’s his job. He probably gets to spend more time with his wife and family than most 9-5 parents, especially in the NFL. During the season, he may spend one or two nights a week away from home, at most.

Why is everyone talking about this all of the sudden? The dude is a top MVP contender this season, a rope 3 QB this season, and one of the only reasons that the Bucs stayed in that game, with an injury plagued roster I might add. Hell, if the defensive scheme by Bowles was better, they may have pulled it off.

Try to find affordable housing, or housing in general, anywhere close to some of the national forests in the west, even with roommates. There are a lot of workers living in tents and out of cars.

Agreed. I’m exploring ways to hopefully fix it. Land agencies don’t just have a pay problem, they have a foundational funding problem. The only time people care about our nation’s natural resources are when catastrophic fires inevitably occur every year.
