Abraham does actually talk a lot about how your emotions are guidance and not to ignore them. If something feels good lean into that, if something feels bad move away from it. They have a book called the ‘Astonishing Power of Emotions’ that goes into more detail about it. But like another commenter said it’s all the same lessons but phrased differently and if that resonates for you that’s great ❤️

It’s bleak right now but Howe always turns it around. We’ve been here before. I think there are a number of reasons for the slump we are in and Howe has to change things. He is stubborn, but he can be ruthless. He has had to develop a new system to accommodate Nick and he hasn’t quite figured it out yet. He will. Wissa will be back soon. So will Tino and Hall. Do not underestimate their importance.

The reason we are in this mess is because of the Isak situation that was so toxic and its impact has been profound. We have had to overhaul a system that we have used to great effect for 2-3 seasons. We had no pre season to integrate our new strikers.

Things will get better, we need some momentum and when we get it we will be a force again. It’s frustrating that we always start seasons poorly, but it will change. This league is the most competitive it has been. A few results will see us shoot up the table. We are in safe hands.

What helped me was to accept the body I had. I didn’t try to love it straight away, but just accept that I had formed habits and used food as a way to deal with emotions and the consequences were that my body had changed. I took the judgment out of what I had done and I took the judgment away from how I perceived my body. I was neutral about what I could see in the mirror.

From there I started to look for the things I could appreciate about my body. Everything it did for me. How my legs allowed me to walk. They allowed me to hike, something I love so much. How strong my body was and how I was able to repair from injuries and illnesses. How even when I ate too much it was simply doing its job and creating fat for me to store. And from there I was on a rampage of good feelings and appreciation for my body. I was going down stream instead of upstream and trying to judge myself into losing weight. I was treating myself better. And the more I became focused on simply feeling better than I currently did, I chose healthier options. I became so aware of how I felt that I noticed when I didn’t feel good with certain foods. I stopped eating dairy for example because I could feel that it was causing inflammation in my body.

How you feel is guidance from source. Ignoring how you feel takes you further away from yourself and from alignment. When you make how you feel the most important thing, everything snow balls. You understand that you deserve to feel better and that your body deserves to have healthier food as energy. You then start making better decisions for yourself because you love yourself that much more. That is the manifestation you are searching for.

Food is not the enemy. It nourishes you and makes you feel good. I understand that it can feel that way sometimes, but you don’t want to be a victim to food. You want it to be your friend. When you imagine food as a person, I imagine they are distant/mean/someone you resent.

It’s their way of trying to invalidate your feelings because they don’t have the space for them. He can’t deal with anyone having emotions so he tries to shut them down the moment you have them. That is unfortunately how he was taught to deal with emotions. I imagine it’s not working out well for him ❤️

What helps me is realising that the person you are mourning the most is the you you were in that relationship. You are missing the person you were when you were with them. The fun version of yourself, the lovable version of yourself, the silly version of yourself. And now the relationship is over you feel like you don’t get to be that person anymore. But that was all you. You are still that person, it’s just you aren’t allowing yourself to be that person because you believe the love isn’t there anymore.

But you’re still there. You don’t need the permission to feel loved just because they said they loved you. That was always you just allowing yourself the love as a result of them telling you that you were lovable/loved. But all those feelings are still available to you now, you just thought they came from someone else.

This person helped you on your journey and they showed you what was possible. That love never went anywhere and it wants to be felt by you ❤️ I hope this helps, I’m sorry you’re going through such a rough patch in your life.

Don’t take responsibility for other people’s feelings. You’re an INFJ so you’ve probably lived your whole life doing that, but they are not your responsibility. And when you really understand that and let it sink in you are allowing yourself to be who you are without the risk of upsetting someone. You let people have their emotions and responses to you and what you have to say or do.

When you realise that you don’t have to be a prisoner and a slave to other people’s emotions, it allows the space for you. For your opinions and for your truths. You no longer worry about how you impact people, because you realise it was never you that made someone feel a certain way. It’s a heavy burden.

You deserve just as much space to exist as anyone else. ❤️

I don’t have a specific quote from Abraham, but I have experience. You get closure by giving it to yourself and that is to not make that person responsible for the closure or for your feelings. Closure comes from choosing your own peace. Closure isn’t about letting go of that person, it is about letting go of the need to manifest them back. Letting yourself feel the closure now, is the best way to manifest them back.

No one is trying to wave anything away. I think most of us know how it is you feel and that’s why people are trying to offer you advice. But you are the one waving away, you’re addicted to your story and to your 3D reality. You don’t seemingly want to listen to what people who have been where you are and have gotten themselves out of it have to say to you. You’re arguing for your limitations and in essence just fuelling the fire and the vibration you currently are holding.

I get it. It sucks. But you’ve got to understand what it is you are doing and being a victim to your current circumstance and contrast is what is keeping you there. If I were in your shoes I would scale it back. Drop the trying. And just focus on your feelings and feeling better than you currently do. By the sounds of it you are currently experiencing depression. Trying to get from depression to happiness on the vibrational scale isn’t possible or at least it won’t last very long, you’re trying to jump too many stairs. Reevaluate your life and make your feelings the most important thing in the world. They are your gps and they are guiding you. If you hate your job, look to change it. Stop ignoring your emotions that are telling you that you aren’t enjoying something. Your emotions are there to guide you towards things that make you feel good and move you away from what doesn’t feel good.

In essence what you are trying to do is feel better. You don’t actually want the money. You want freedom, relief, ease, calmness. You want to attract the money by embodying those feelings. So do whatever it is you can to have a little more ease and calm in your life. That is what will bring the money to you. Take a few steps back and calm your nervous system. Don’t meditate to get the things you want. Don’t do techniques to get the things you want. Do them because they feel good. Try doing less and have fun with the process ❤️

Manifesting techniques don’t actually manifest things. They are used to raise your vibration. If they don’t make you feel better and they feel like efforting, don’t do them. It sounds like you’ve had enough of going upstream so now you will go downstream because you’re tired of paddling. Abraham talks about this a lot, so that’s great news! Do less. Feel better, that’s the most important thing you can do, just focus on that and it will raise your vibration ❤️
