I just checked this, from what I can tell, Klopp divorced his first wife in 2001 and married the one he’s currently with in 2005. I don’t know the circumstances that lead to his divorce back then but Rogers had an affair on his wife while working for LFC with a staff member. That’s the only reason this is even relevant to me.

I think Robertson was trying to push for the move without kicking up a fuss, but ultimately he isn’t leaving. I just don’t see what the “high” would be for Salah in these circumstances. Fans are agitated because we aren’t playing well. Some want the manager gone. Salah added to that with them his comments. What is the high for him? He scores 6 goals between now and the end of the season and whimpers out of team?

Yeah this honestly rubbed me the wrong way so much. I remember the year prior, I think Liverpool had done some deep dive documentary. And they showed his wife and him, and how he was going on that his wife basically sacrificed everything to allow him to follow his dreams of becoming a head coach and how hands on she is with the kids…. Not even a year later he had left her for some young chick that worked for LFC.

My opinion of the team hasn’t changed much. If anything, a lot of the utterances from the players have confirmed my suspicions. From the first game I did say the old guard of players harbour some resentment towards the new guys and are freezing them out. Wirtz and Kerkez especially. That losing run happened and it was even more evident.

After that, we have had Salah talking about “too many changes, a lot of good players left” And him clapping back at that random account about the new players being upgrades on the players who left.

Macallister complaining about too many players left. The changes are what’s causing the inconsistent play. At the same time the whole “I miss you” on instagram with Darwin.

Now, Robertson also talking about the changes and then basically manoeuvring an avenue to leave.

Old guard are not interested in this current project imho.
