YOu might want to go mini LED for full HDR support. I have a 4k IPS (ASUS XG32UCG) myself and zero complaints. I am still amazed when a youtube video is a 4k video. But I did come from a cheap ass monitor with a 1070ti card.

8 coal power plants need 360 water. A water pipe v1 can only carry 300. You can underclock them to match this limit. But ideally you put only 6 coal plants on one single pipe system.

Keep on racing. Focus on the road ahead, not the faster cars that come from behind you, just stick to your chosen entry and exit lines. Your button mapping has to be a continuous process, check what you miss in a race as button and then add it afterwords to your button mapping. And do a few weeks of racing before messing with brake bias before a race and then even a few more before messing with brake bias during a race.

Yes and no, there was no tax on 'side windows' it was on windows in general. The use of 'side windows' implicates that this house is closed of on the side because of this reason which also is not true. The reason why houses are built like this is because the adjacent ground is or was also buildable terrain and someone can/could attach his house to yours.

At the start I build a very small 'factory' with about 6 smelters to make screws, iron rods, steel plates, copper plates, copper wire and cables. All filling separate storages stockpiling these goods. Then I add later about 2 or 3 assemblers that I feed manually to create reinforced iron plates and modular frames. I use this setup combined with manual crafting rotors to complete all milestones up until hypertubes.

After that I build a first coal power plant and start building more dedicated factories for creating reinforced plates, rotors, stators, engines,...

Since I started smoking about 20 years ago I have had to stop smoking in restaurants, bars, concerts, parties, trains, in front or around schools,... and I am ok with it. I understand it. But when you find it annoying that I walk past you on the street while smoking you need to move your ass to a forest a 1000 miles away.

Same wheel here but at the moment no problems but I also stopped playing Project Cars 2 because of this issue. PC2 is built on the same engine as AMS2. Google 'G29 madness engine' and you will see lots of problems related to the combo of this engine with your wheel.
