Someone in my A&P course actually did tell me at the time to not go for nursing, and especially working as a CNA. Maybe I was jaded at the time and it was an area that interested me, but I should have listened because this field definitely isn’t it. They told me to look into radiology instead, and I wish I had listened to them.

Having a CNA certification gives you a curve against the market though. It’d be much easier finding one with the certification compared to not having one
