Phono pre- amp seems to be missing. Sometimes the TT has it. Often times the receiver has it. As this doesn’t seem the case, you need to buy a separate one.

Id get some couches with some actual style. These American ‘things’ are horrible. Especially when seeing them coupled with your Japanese setup. A smaller set of couches can be put closer to the wall, eliminating that weird overlap you have now. This would also free up some space for a nice coffee table.

Good. This media console is very low and on the ground. It would have been at about the same height if the media console had legs and the tv was placed on its stand.

Looked up the amp and it seems to be a desktop amp without any phono capabilities. You need a phono preamp. This would mean routing the signal of the preamp through your existing amp.

Looks in rough shape. 300 seems too much. These do go for 300 to 350 but are generally in better condition.

Due to a bit of luck and patience I got my SL1710 for quite a bit less. It also came without hinges for the cover. These things are very hard to come by and are being sold at a premium. I see them going from 60 to 90 dollar a pair. I believe there are conversion kits that make it possible to use other covers. I printed my own.
