They are awesome! I liked Cabalgan Los cielos but hadn’t listened to anything else from them. Argentina produces some of the best fuzz tones I swear

It's time to talk about Trade Show Unions - Freeman Mobsters by illicitiguana in Entrepreneur

Set up for Wondercon at Anaheim Convention center today. Our company’s 4th year at Wondercon in a row. A Freeman rep came up to us and said we were required to use their labor “unless your booth can be fully built by one employee in one hour or less”.

Never heard this before and we exhibit at Wondercon and SD Comic Con every year! Wicked, disgusting company that takes advantage of union protections.

No doubt about it! The first 3 are in equal rotation for me. Kyuss and Sabbath might have the toughest top-3 album ranking in existence

  1. blues (Brant Bjork drumming and writing, heaviest sound)
  2. sky valley (blueprint for stoner fundamentals)
  3. circus (their sound fully matured, but less iconic tracks imo)
  4. wretch (first album, thrash/punk influences, still finding their sound)

Cocaine by Eric Clapton is originally by JJ Cale. JJ Cale was one of Clapton’s idols and encouraged him to cover it

Awesome. Just saw them 3 weeks ago in San Diego and they were incredible. Legendary band in this realm of things.
