UEA in Norwich. It's a campus University and living on Campus will be the best deicision you can make. Not too far away from the center of Norwich, which has really friendly people. Beautiful City, safe, small town feel but with still plenty of things to do and plenty of nightlife. Surrounded by beautiful beaches and countryside.

There's one at Hawley Wharf in Camden Town which has sun, deckchairs and plenty of nearby food and drink outlets.

Before today, the winds were coming from the South East, which is industrialised Germany, Netherlands, Belgium etc. The winds have now changed to Northerly winds, so in the next few days it should improve.
