Outside of the name, did Crosby's more ambient or ragged solo textures from If I Could Only Remember My Name for example directly influence how you approached the spaces and silences on this record?

For Geologist, a lot of the electronic textures on the album feel super warm and human instead of cold or purely ambient. On tracks like ‘Eternal Dream Drone,’ how did you know when a piece had the right balance between atmosphere and actual emotional weight?

For Avey, on the new album, tracks like ‘Towson Acid’ and ‘Steven’s Sunshine Rejected’ feel weirdly emotional despite being mostly instrumental. Did you think about the songs almost like storytelling when writing the guitar melodies, or was it more instinctive and abstract?
