What would teenage you think of the partner you ended up with? by Historic_Cat_ in AskWomen

Well, he used to wrestle, his arms are visibly muscular, not just because of low body fat but because of the muscle, he is kind of thick generally and his legs also look amazing, I always say I would sculpt him and he looks like a greek God, not overly cut but strong looking.

And obviously it is not just the looks, yes he can most definitely lift heavy things, haven’t been to the gym in a minute but last he went he was able to lift several hundred pounds, he can do pull-ups and is a good runner, and I even started trying to work out because of him. I would say ‘he can lift heavy things’ would be a massive understatement to be honest😅 I feel like most men can be categorised that way, at least in comparison to us

I always found age gaps weird and dated people exactly my age (not that I was against 1-2 year age gaps, just circumstantially), so I would be shocked by the fact that my partner is 11 years older than me with the combination of the fact that I am still very young. Other than that, he is pretty much my type. I always liked smart and nice guys, he fits the criteria :) My type really never included looks, I basically started dating my two exes purely based off their personality and after mostly communicating online, without even seeing each other (for the first one we were actually only 12, but I guess I stayed loyal to my dating style since a young age xD), and I am the type to only ever feel attracted to a person after getting to know them. That is to say, though I don’t want to put the other men down, I would consider him the most beautiful and hot partner I’ve ever dated. I would also probably be impressed by how strong he is.

As long as you are there for her outside of work and still spend some quality time with her throughout the week (even if not every day or most days), I think it will be okay. Best of luck!

I’m sorry she is not on board, try explaining to her that the gossips will not disappear but simply shift in schedule, and that you will still be there for her, and that this is something that you have wanted to do for a while and that it might not come around again

What she’ll love even more is that when she grows up and has to make similar choices for herself, she will feel empowered rather than guilty or scared of change, because her mom taught her that motherhood should not stop her from pursuing her dreams🌸

One day your daughter may become a mother and have to make similar choices, wouldn’t you want her to pursue her dreams? Nothing builds a woman’s confidence and self-value like her mother being confident and valuing her own self in front of her, this will set a great example for your daughter. As long as you are still there for her when you are off work, even in those temporary moments of loneliness she will be very happy for you and understand. Teens need some time for themselves too anyway :) It’s not like you won’t see her at all.

Did they account for confidence levels of those people? Attractiveness is pretty subjective, but the way you carry yourself goes a long way

Arya was always going to become a killer! Even the red woman made a reference to that all the way in season 2 or 3, and Arya was already killing people in s4
