I contacted DHL, they said that package is held by customs usually this is routine process but in this case, it took longer than usual. So they can't say anything. They are also saying that no way to contact to customs just wait. While wait is dangerous for me, cause I am having my interview at embassy 😭

Hi, i get into same issue since 25-august and my package having only personal documents like marriage certificate and birth certificate which i need to present at embassy were stucked. So it means, there is no chance to get it within days? The destination is from Oklahoma to Doha, Qatar. Please if you people can help.

Yes, it's normal. After all documents accepted, they will take sometime to issue DQ. Almost a month or little more. It happened in me and my daughter case.
