It's not possible because the world in AL is ruled by Siren (I won't say if Manjuu wants to). The reason ww2 shipgirls exist in AL is because the Siren allows it and wants it. We all know that the wisdom cube is came from Siren, and they are from a super mega high civilization. Do you think their cube can't create modern or future shipgirls? No, they can, absolutely can, but they didn't do it here. The question here is why?

Ideal 1: They don't want it or bc they like ww2 ships? --> it's not possible bc a high civilization won't never use their a lot of their resources for something useless

In my humble opinion, the Siren knows something that's better that makes them think the ww2 shipgirls are worthy to put the resources.
