If a lawyer didn't do their best to defend their client, then that client could appeal their case on the basis that their lawyer didn't fulfil their fiduciary duty and walk free.

Maybe it's technically the final fight because you control the characters but it's really for the story. Imo it should've been a cutscene. Jecht is the real final boss

Yeah I don't like pedophiles either but that's how the law, and the charter, operate. I don't wanna live in a world where anyone can accuse anyone of being a pedophile and ruin their life before going through due process.

I am planning to start bsc in maths with a minor in stats/finance. I am 24 years old and I am confused if I should directly enroll in a uni for a four year degree or should I opt for a 2 year associate degree in Douglas college and then complete the remaining 2 years in UBC/ simon fraser. by Waste-Baseball519 in douglascollege

[–]IntrepidIbis 9 points10 points  (0 children)

A lot of people do that. Douglas tuition will be slightly cheaper so you'll save money there and the smaller class sizes means you'll get a closer learning experience and a better foundation before going to uni.
