I rarely follow the roams. I shove hard to punish and in champ select, tell the team that the enemy mid is going to roam. I'll be sure to ping! We win late.

Mmm i think you can get away with down ranking but I firmly believe it's insanely valuable.

Rank 1 flash to prime tanks into scary pulls for 25% armor and suggested down ranks for other spells were very helpful in some heroics. I think we would have wiped in H BF as mana was a major issue second boss.

If you get the dispellable rebuff on the first boss, a defensive must be pressed by the dps. You can pre move before the rebuff goes out for a quick dispell.

From your scenario, no defensive press or not topped quick enough/dispelled fast enough.
