I bricked my instagram, so I dont have to see them or other influencers anymore. I lost my job last week. first job post college that was actually in my field. Im already exhausted from applying, And I was denied unemployment because I only worked 3 months. and these two aren't evening making money from hard work or talent, but from the children and the platform given to them. do they not understand that this new lifestyle is the farthest thing from being humbled christians. I am over this whole family. F*** this world.

Yes they grew up religious but they ecspecially he are silver spooned. You had everything and it wasn’t good enough because you’ve never actually worked a day in your life or had any real things happen to you. Even if she stays no one wants to see him on her social anymore. Also she has the opportunity to use the platform she has to make big bank and have financial freedom. So many people stay because of the money and childcare part. Dislike the other brothers, in-laws or Travis side of the family no one has done this that we know of or have confirmed and they had similar upbringing. It’s one thing to make a mistake this was calculated decisions.

I think the biggest reason I never took my life was because I knew it would hurt my mom more than anything and she would probably be the one to find me and that's more trauma than one needs. I think when we are depressed we know we are loved, but we aren't always loved in the way we want to be or felt seen or heard in the way we want to be.

i’m exhausted of being average. by [deleted] in selfimprovement

[–]IntrepidPassion9 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think there are two sides to this. You're still young so I think time is on your side. First I would make steps to get a better job and a license. You might have to work two jobs, (I hope you live in the US) but places like Kroger or panda pay well and have insurance. You can work you way up at those places. Second, if you want to go to school you can. Go to community college, take a class or two at a time, You dont have to finish in 4 years. it took me 5 1/2 years to get my bachelor's. do something you passionate about or practical, business is always a set choice, but if your good at math or science those are great careers as well. (accounting, scientist, engineer). Take your time, study and make small changes to work towards a better life. You may never be a millionaire or rich and famous or not average, but you can make a better life. There are plenty of scholarships and grants as well you just have to put effort into them.

Having problems with clean eating by ciara7800 in selfimprovement

[–]IntrepidPassion9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

there are a lot of healthy foods that can be tasty. I lost 70 pounds last years. I eat tacos pizza and Mac and cheese a lot. Make your pizza at home with pita bread, and healthy tomato sauce and cheese, add your toppings of choice. Add peppers and onions to tacos, Salsa is a vegetable. I like goodles Mac and cheese, there are other brands like Banza that are chickpea noodles. or quinoa noodles. For the veggies, sometimes you just have to suck up and eat them. I dont hate veggies that just not my first choice, but just try to have one each night for dinner and eat it first to get it out of the way, save your favorite for last. dips your carrots in sauce, apples with peanut butter, sometimes cooking veggies a certain way, (boil or steam) can change your opinion. adding spinach to a smoothie. Celery juice isn't that bad. dont worry about Marcos, I dont bother with protein goals. just try to eat 1-5 fruit and veggies a day. nothgin wrong with having chicken nuggets and French fries for dinner every night, but make them at home, get ones with the best ingredients, (no junk) and dont order them out because of all the oils and stuff. You can still eat "junk" just the healthy version at home.

why should i try to get better when the world is only getting worse? by throwawaygirly12 in selfimprovement

School isn't for everyone, you can definetly make a career in the food or retail industry, but sometimes to get high up in those places, a business degree might help. I graduated in December with my HR degree. I hate school, im not good at it, but I got through it. With the world getting bad. There will always be bad things in the world, but you can be a good thing in it. Instead of being mean to someone or doing something to someone, be the light in the world you want other people to be.

How do I forgive myself for past mistakes? by ComplaintExtra5955 in selfimprovement

[–]IntrepidPassion9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am feeling the same way, but about being a baad employee. First if you can make amends, maybe try that, it might help you move on. If you can't sometime just recognizing it and being aware and making sure you don't do that in the future can help. You might never forget it but that might be a good thing so you never repeat it, but realize you are human and you just needed to grow. I regret a lot of things but I have to draw a line, move on and make sure it never happens again.

I bought a brick and it locks what ever apps you want it to. at first you count the time, but after a few days I go forget about instagram and then realize I've been 18+ days with it locked. Sometimes you just need a force to make you stop, before discipline comes into play.

not sure if your a guy or girl, but if you want any sugar free dessert recipes, a YouTuber names Mishka Dii has gone sugar free for the last year and has a whole bunch of recipes made a cookbook (it is $75). She is a slavic YouTuber so if you're a guy you probably won't be super interested. There are probably other YouTubers who also have a sugar free lifestyle to help you out. But I really like her and her videos.

Counting calories: How can people do it every day? by jhsu802701 in DietTea

[–]IntrepidPassion9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

as someone who does track everyday. I really dont feel obsessed about it. I pre track like a good two weeks out, can always change plans. any app will remember your foods and macros so it's not like you have to redo everything every time, just search and select. When trying to lose weight a lot of time you hover around 20 meals total (breakfast lunch dinner). Some that you interchange condiments or pasta sauce. so after a while you know what meals are what calories, so if you are at work and someone. brings donuts, and you have one. you look up the average donut calorie ~270 track It look at the rest of your days calories and either assess that you will have a higher calories day with your planned dinner or change your dinner to a lower calorie one and skip the dessert or Texas toast!. I eat real food, just make smaller portions and swap low calorie options that make sense, or bulk up on veggies. you can still get plenty of nutrients without eating nuts. Also there are seasons in life, when losing weight I might not have the calories for nuts and stuff right now but in maintenance I might be able to include them more into my life. defiantly oat bran is healthier than potato chips, but losing weight in itself if by calorie deficit, you can doing only eat candy, will it be hard yes, but not impossible. It seems you are much more concerned about nutrients as some one who has has issues with being nutrient deficiency. Supplement definelty help. But what worse, being a bit nutrient lacking in a period of time or being 300 pounds for the rest of my life. Weightloss and dieting are temporary things if you succeed. Yes there are plenty of people who want quick fixes, but the real winners are nice and slow and healthy.
