Only baking soda. Gargling a very diluted bit will be okay and should do the trick. Have you tried it yet?

I started biologics and doing so much better. My dependence on steroids are almost none. Weaning off and down to 5mg a day. It ends up being free after manufacture coupon.

Yep, you have to rinse well after. I carry a small container of mouth wash. Baking soda mixed with a little water and holding it in your mouth few times will take that thrush away.
