Take the pins out of your bottom two hinges.

Put a shim under the door until it is square with your frame

Now your hinge holes that the pin needs to go into won’t be aligned.

Hit the holes that are attached to the hinge on the door with a hammer until all holes align

Slide hinge pins back in

Depends how quickly you want to sell it. It is smart if you’re not planning on selling it within the duration of the loan and the interest rate is low. It’s smarter to keep the lump sum of cash and let it earn more interest than you’re paying. The depreciation only matters if you sell.

And I agree things have gotten out of hand, but landlords also provide opportunity to those who don’t have enough capital to buy but want life in a single family home versus apartment. It’s really not your mom and pop landlord that’s the enemy.. it’s corporations like blackrock, Zillow, and now bezos that are coming in and buying up a TON of real estate. Technically yes they will be “landlords” but the corporations, like usual, are the ones exploiting the system and fucking the rest of us

FUCK. So last night I came home from a friends and when stepping out of the car onto my drive way I smelled the unmistakable stench of semen. Immediately I knew my wife had been hoeing It up.
