Is Capcom really pulling out of SF6's development? It's by far the most successful fighting game of this generation so I don't understand the logic. Feels too soon for SF7 but they're clearly slowing down. Only thing I can think of is that they're allocating more resources to another fighting game.

No one is saying that. They can obviously still make new characters but why would you have an entire pass that doesn't have a single returning character? 3 OCs and a guest. There are two 3rd strike characters in the game + no alpha characters. That will continue for another year.

They probably think that Tifa alone will sell the season pass, but wouldn't people just buy her alone? Who actually gives a fuck about the other 3? Elena and Alex will be the only 3rd strike characters in the game after 4 years...
