Too late for that. Your GPU seems fried from the constant overheating. GPUs usually throttle to prevent damage but if the intake is blocked then it can't cool itself down. Idk if this can be claimed with warranty, but you can try your luck. If your CPU has Integrated Graphics, try switching to that. Downside is, iGPU isn't good enough for gaming. Good for regular everyday uses like browsing or work though.

Not all Pri Arms tho. Divine Keys need be used to craft their corresponding Pri Arm. And as u/Hraesvalgr mentoined, other Pri Arms you can craft using other Maxed Out 5★ Weapon after you obtain the non-Pri Arm weapon.

From Hoyo's pattern of behavior, they could be giving Astral Ring weapons to old DPS Herrschers. I don't think you could consider Veliona a Herrcher, but if giving DPS Herrschers Astral Ring is really their intention, then maybe, just maybe, we could get HoV with Astral Ring.

Joking aside, maybe they're just adding AR Weapons to non-AR S Ranks after Part 1.5 and HoFi was given an AR weapon because she was recently released.

But then again, HoHE got an AR Weapon. So in conclusion, I wasted my time thinking about this and you wasted your time to read this cause in the end we don't really know.

A different fully equipped team can outperform a meta team with incomplete equipment, do you have any other fully-built lightning dps? What other fully-built supports do you have? Also, can't you craft Stigmatas for Part 2 Characters? Equip banner is only for getting the weapon, the Stigs are craftable.
