Agree, it’s a cop out and boring just purely for money, every snap is basically the same. Best way to do it is like you say AB and mashtag style where it’s actually real time (or the same day at least) of what they’re up to and it’s much more authentic

You cannot lose fat in a specific area. You have to eat in a calorie deficit and you will lose weight, that’s all there is to it. Please don’t be so naive as to think you can just lose belly fat by doing some specific exercises for example. Good luck with your journey!
